Questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. No credit card to sign up. You can run a campaign for your home table indefinitely without paying.
What counts as "heavy" use that needs Premium?
Two things: (1) publishing your campaigns to the community marketplace, and (2) generating more than 15 AI portraits per month. Most solo DMs never hit either ceiling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel and your account drops back to the free tier — you keep your campaigns and data.
What about refunds?
If something is broken or you're unhappy, email House at house@neurealities.com and we will sort it out. We're a small team and we care.
Where is my campaign data stored?
CoopTell runs on a self-hosted server in the US (Pittsburgh). Your campaigns belong to you and never get sold or used to train models.
Can I export my campaigns?
Yes. Every campaign has an Export button on the Overview tab — pulls a JSON bundle you can re-import or archive. Data export is on the free tier.
Do you have a team or studio tier?
Not yet. If you're a paid GM running multiple home tables and want shared workspaces, email House — we're shaping this and listening to early users.
